Downloadable content is typical for most websites, from tutorial videos and podcast content, to product sell-sheets, and informational brochures. Why not leverage the familiar downloadable content portal for your virtual event?
After all, there are times when you just can’t host demonstrations or provide handouts in real-time. Moreover, there’s usually two sets of content that gets shared with the attending audience of a physical event—primary information (AKA the top-level, most important details) and secondary information (AKA the supporting details). We recommend you opt for a content portal to house your secondary information handouts as downloadable documents, videos, and audio files.
Just remember, knowing what is being downloaded is just as important as tracking who downloads what content. (Good thing we can take care of that for you!)
